2001-019B (#26767) Proton 3.Stage

This is a "post mortem" report since OIG issued surprisingly today a final
ELSET 01136.689.... My revised analysis delivers now:
               16 May, 19:12 UTC +/- 11 minutes (48.89°S,23.60°E)
on a northbound pass over the Indian Ocean.
This is 6 minutes later as my preceding prediction and 2 minutes later as
SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT has shown.
