May 17 UTC (Wednesday evening local time) NOSS 2-2 (91-076C,D,E; 21799, 21808, 21809) did another one-power pass over Austin, but fainter than night before last. From the BCRC location in the suburbs I was able to see them for most of the pass. Again, the westernmost one, 21809, was the brightest, but not a lot brighter, and each time it has been the last to go into the Earth's shadow (15-16 km higher orbit and farther west). These last two 1x passes would have been quite easy from a dark-sky site. Observing location: 30.315N, 97.866W, 280m.
