nice topex flare

I had a bright unpredicted flare from the topex sat this morning approx 
between 5:06-5:08 UTC. It was bright I quess around mag -2, and lasted a few 
seconds. A new sat to keep my eye on, never know when it will flare.

So far I have seen flares from

TOPEX
UARS
JERS 1
