I fit the following elements to data reported by David Brierley, Bram Dorreman, Walter Nissen, Alberto Rango, Peter Wakelin and Mike Waterman, observed during 2001 May 11 - 15 UTC: USA 129 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 v 1 24680U 96072A 01135.84277778 .00019051 00000-0 25671-3 0 07 2 24680 97.8190 198.5232 0486801 336.2056 21.7179 14.81450892 07 WRMS residuals are about 0.01 deg. I made the following observation last night: 24680 96 072A 2701 G 20010516025449840 17 25 0703767+470928 67 S The position appears to be accurate, but the time appears to be at least several tenths of a second late, so I did not use in the above analysis. If further obs confirm that the object was running late, then I will consider using it.
