SPACECOM'S 6 HOURS BEFORE DECAY message - prepared May 16, 13:28 UTC - shows the
decay on           16 May, 19:17 UTC +/- 04 hours (38.3°S, 48.5°E)
on a northbound pass over the Indian Ocean.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01136.203... - 00136.568... the decay on
                   16 May, 19:06 UTC +/- 22 minutes (51.70°S, 02.80°E)
over the South Atlantic.
