2001-019C (#26768) Proton DM Stage Casing ("Platform")

I am still waiting for SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT. MPM + REENTRY delivered
with the ELSET'S 01135.409... - 01135.592... now the decay on 
                 15 May, 16:26 UTC +/- 11 minutes (06.16°N, 312.46°E)
on a descending pass over the Atlantic.
