1979-067B (#11458) Vostok 3. stage

The last message from SPACECOM was 12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY. I have updated my  
preceding prediction with a last ELSET 01130.6438... and the actual geophysical
parameters and delivers now as a final result:
                10 May, 18:44 UTC +/- 11 minutes (74.31°N, 241.46°E)
on an ascending pass over Northern Canada (Banks Island). This is 5 minutes
earlier as my first analysis has shown.
