DECAY message, prepared May 10, 08:23  UTC.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 01130.237... - 01130.643... the decay on
                    10 May, 18:55 UTC +/- 11 minutes (58.88°N, 10.79°E)
on a descending pass over Scandinavia.
Observations from Berlin around 18:52 UTC +/- 6 minutes were negative.
