SPACECOM'S  12 HOURS BEFORE DECAY messsage - prepared May 10, 08:23 UTC - shows
the decay on         10 May, 19:13 UTC +/- 07 hours (15.6°S, 23.0°E)
on a descending pass over South Africa.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the ELSET'S 1130.237... and 1130.305... the decay on
                     10 May, 18:49 UTC +/- 22 minutes (77.30°N, 342.47°E)
on a descending pass over the North Altlantic. 
There is a high elevation pass over Germany around 18:53 UTC. Let's  wait and 
see...
