USA 129 (96072A / 24680) had not made any additional manoeuvres as of my
observation on 2001 May 10 at 02:37 UTC.

Also, Pierre Neirinck reports that USA 116 (95066A / 23728) had not manoeuvred
as of 2001 May 09 at 23:00 UTC.
