I think the object, IDed in the Subject:, is "Cosmos 2327 r", described
(but not named!) in the SatSitRpt at OIG as:

IntID/Name CatNo Source period Incl Apogee Perigee RCS

    1996-004B 23774 CIS 104.6 83.0 1010 946 8.7130
    SL-8 R/B Launched (1996/01/16)

I don't think there is any confusion over the catalog number, is there?

    Cheers.

P.S. Often an optimal quote from a previous message is only a couple of
lines. Please do not quote extraneous material. This is not a
newsgroup, where lengthy quoting can serve a useful purpose.
