    This object seems to be getter harder to see. probably due to phase angle
    effects, as the orbit drifts westward relative the earth's surface, the
    phase angle gets less favourable. Another less likely explanation
    is that the operators are employing tactics to reduce visibility,
    though perhaps this seems less likely than that its some side-effect 
    of the configuration adopted during this operation to change the groundtrack!
