Obs Apr 28 + May 7

    Two obs from April 28 when clouds prevented further obs.
    Last night is was clear and despite a full moon, 14 sats were 
    observed.
    The first was 71-116 B; the two periods are obvious.
    Also observed the new top-priority sat 96- 4 B.

    Mostly sharp, bright flashes, some were fainter and missed.

    combined period of 18.30 sec; counting the single flashes apart
    it results in P= 7.21 + 11.04 sec; the differance coming from
    the two or three period timings.
