SPACECOM'S FINAL REPORT - prepared May 07, 04:13 UTC - shows the decay on
                      07 May, 03:14 UTC +/- 15 minutes (13.0°S, 16.4°E)
on a descending pass over Angola.
MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last released ELSET 01127.113.... the decay on
                      07 May, 03:12 UTC +/- 11 minutes (07.95°S, 13.92°E)
on the same pass also over Angola.
The decayer showed a very complex behavior possibly with one or two breakups.
SPACECOM'S 6 and 2 HOURS BEFORE DECAY messages predicted a decay around
00:32 UTC. I suppose it was also a surprise for the SPACECOM people to monitor
the object after this time again.
