    Please note that these were the 'old' 16546 with RCS = 0.2273 and
    the 'old' 19010 was even larger, RCS = 1.0000.
    
    The new objects has RCS of 0.0034 (16546 that decayed April 26)
    and 0.0053. Obviously, we have the case of 'masked' re-use of 
    NORAD number with the same (multiple) object name.
    
    One should wonder how many object numbers were reused this way.
