#24211 = 96- 44 D = Italsat 2 Spelda
SpaceCom has posted a decay notice for this low-inclination object,
predicting its decay for Jun 1 13:01 +-2d near 5.7 N, 144.9 E. I make a
similar prediction, for Jun 1 11:24 +-1d.
This enters eclipse while northbound just N of the equator at ~19:00
local times and leaves eclipse while southbound near 4 deg N at 04:00
local time.
