    Your comment on missing official releases ( daily USSPACECOM/OIG
    Satellite Catalog Action Report ) on announced decays touched on
    another point I've noticed.
    
    Each of the four current OIG site updated elsets below has a _lower_
    element set number than my previous elset.  The point such updates
    are a day or more apart ( last two examples ) doesn't seem to matter.
    I thus conclude its not so much a matter when an item is processed
    for public release, but how its processed.
