I debated whether to post this sort-of-a-question to SeeSat or UseSat, since it's not really about observations but concerns OIG's reporting.... OIG reported the decay of LACE (20496, 90-15A) on May 24: http://www2.satellite.eu.org/seesat/May-2000/0328.html and SNOE Pegasus (25235, 98-12C) on May 25: http://www2.satellite.eu.org/seesat/May-2000/0342.html yet neither one is listed in OIG's Week 22 report: http://www2.satellite.eu.org/seesat/May-2000/0356.html I suppose that this is just a delay in OIG's processing of the data and that those two objects will appear as "modified" in next week's report.
