elements from OIG, etc

    Three questions:

First, I was going through the leo.tle elements from Mike McCants' web
page and noticed quite a few objects in pieces, such as 99057AM and
99057CT which Chinese rocket has been discussed here before.
Incidently there's a Thor Ablestar Deb (61015) which is in a zillion
pieces, which is interesting since I've not been able to find an
explanation that would suggest an explosion - just a failure for two
    components to separate.

Anyway, besides that particular explanation, I also wondered what was
the easy way to get multiple TLE's for all the pieces of a launch, or if
there is an easy way without tracking down all the catalog numbers of
all the existing pieces of a particular launch.

Third question - I noticed in OIG's 60-day decay prediction that XMM
(25989) is coming down July 6. Right now it's got a perigee of 6800 km,
doesn't seem very likely to me. :-)

    Thanks,
    Wayne Hughes
