I obtained the following USA 129 point last night:

    24680 96 072A 2701 P 20000523025102760 17 25 1029035+100697 28 S

    2701 43.68764000 280.60757000 230.000 'MOLCZAN '

Here are updated elements, based on observations between 17 and 23 May UTC:

    USA 129 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 v
    1 24680U 96072A 00144.11138310 .00021145 00000-0 31413-3 0 02
    2 24680 97.8898 207.4326 0507646 61.6768 303.4716 14.75142732 07

Mean residuals are 0.3 arc min.

David Brierley's new USA 116 observations enabled me to narrow the data arc to
his and Russell Eberst's observations between 17 and 21 May UTC, resulting in
this revision to the elset I posted yesterday:

    USA 116 15.0 3.0 0.0 5.1 v
    1 23728U 95066A 00142.98717593 .00012304 00000-0 29133-3 0 08
    2 23728 97.8776 254.5578 0458201 276.3074 78.5972 14.75471562 03

Mean residuals are 0.3 arc min.
