Okean-O R/B 25861 (99-39B): 

sep-03-99 20:36 UT: 120 flashes in 77.5" -> period 1.55" 
sep-08-99 21:15 UT: 70 flashes in 46.7" -> period 1.50" 
apr-25-00 20:26 UT: 25 flashes in 74.3" -> period 2.97" 
may-14-00 20:44 UT: 30 flashes in 102.5" -> period 3.42"
