Belated observation report, 4/30 21:42 PST from Joshua Tree National
Park S CA.

Okean-O r 25861 22 flashes in 65.2 s. I may have miscounted by 1 flash,
but don't think so. If it really was 22 flashes, this corresponds to
2.96 s. That fits well with my more recent timings of the slowing flash
rate.
