1963-022B (#00603) Scout X-3 RB (Altair)

SpaceCom's FINAL REPORT - prepared May 17, 17:10 UTC - shows the decay on
                        17 May, 14:19 UTC +/-02 hours (22.7°S, 298.3°E)
on a descending pass over Central South America.

MPM + REENTRY delivers with the last three ELSETs 00138.254... - 00138.437...
an earlier decay on     17 May, 13:23.4 UTC +/- 22 minutes (26.83°S, 131.98°E)
on a ascending pass over South Australia.
