    SpaceCom's last forecast - prepared May 16, 07:37 UTC - shows the decay on
                      17 May, 06:13 UTC +/- 14 hours (50.0°N, 60.2°E)
    on a descending pass over Northern Russia.
    
    MPM delivers with the last ELSETs 00137.199... - 00137.566... the decay on
                      17 May, 03:28 UTC +/- 45 minutes (05.33°N, 110.93°E)
    on a descending pass over the South Chinese Sea.
    
    If SpaceCom's prediction is correct then there is a possibility for the
    US/Canadian SeeSaters to watch the ascending part of the final orbit. 
    10315 will cross the USA from S to NNE ( 05.46.30 UTC:  26.03°N, 98.88°W  /
    05:52:20 UTC: 49.58°N, 94.24°W ). Also the preceding orbit will pass over North
    America (04:22 UTC: 38.15°N, 74.98°W / 04:24 UTC:  46.20°N, 73.19°W).
