    This rocket has been observed this evening(May 13) at approximately
    21h17mUTC.  A very fast moving and bright satellite, magnitude 0, which
    seemed to be not very steady.  Hight of this object at time of observation
    was about 242km.
    
    I was very difficult to make precise reference timings because of haze.
