    A pair of binoculars and a PC. The NRO has a whole lot of people to be
    worried about...
    
    What's interesting, too, is the paragraph at the end of the article.
    Seems the built-in degradation of GPS had already been removed from some
    units. I wonder who will determine what constitutes hostile use of the
