    SpaceCom has issued its first decay notice for this, predicting the
    decay for May 15 05:22 +-4d at 5.8 N, 76.6 E. I estimate May 15 23:43
    +-2d.
    
    This enters eclipse near 48 deg S at about 18:00 local time while
    southbound. Eclipse exit occurs while northbound near 32 deg N at 03:30
    local time.
