A nice illustration of the Delta 2 that launched IMAGE,
including helium spheres and nitrogen sphere on the second
    stage, is on this page:

The mentioned re-entry over Texas occurred in January 1997.
A spherical tank was found near Seguin (east of San Antonio),
and a larger cylindrical tank landed near a house just outside
of Georgetown (north of Austin). This was much discussed on
SeeSat during January and February 1997, under the following
    and similar subjects:

    "Possible reentry over Texas"
"MSX Delta reentry over Texas ?"
    "Reentry over Texas?"
"Another TV report re: 96-24B (23852, MSX Rk)"
    "Fame comes to Bjoern"

I don't know if any of the photos are still online. The local
TV station here removed their story and photos some time ago.
