I'll be mailing the TLE archive on CD ROM to the first six requesters in an
hour or so.  People in the US will probably get it next week, those with
European addresses somewhat later.

Since I received a total of nine requests, I'll go ahead and make the extra
sets so that everybody gets one.  Please be patient (your reward for
patience will be a slightly updated version of the archive).

Thanks to those who offered to distribute the material further in one form
or another.
