    Correction: The letter U on elset line 1 col.8 is named 'Security
Classification for this Element Set'
The elset (Ephemeris) Type is the '0' in line 1 col.63.

Also, it is worth mentioning that Ted identified the time of the USA 129
manoeuvre as 21:00:12 UTC on 26 April 2000, one day earlier.
