Report time 19:00 UTC
2000-023B (#26355) SOYUZ RB
MPM delivers with the ELSETs 00126.310... and 00126.402... the decay on
06 May, 15:38 UTC +/- 45 minutes (27.5°N, 154.2°E)
on a descending pass over the Pacific.
SpaceCom and Alan predict the decay roughly 3 revs earlier. But I see no reason
for such a big shift. We have a low solar and geomagnetic activity. All para-
meters of the SOYUZ third stage all well known. The very reliable MPM method
shows no indication for such a dramatic slip. But let us wait for the next
hours....
