    Last night (1-5-00) I observed passes of:-
    
    OCS. Fast.  Low orbit?
    
    USA 129..dimmer to my eye than predicted?
    
    Terra..distinct orange colour
    
    Mao 1 (Long March Rocket 1) The solid fuel upper stage from PRC's ?1st
    satellite launch..bright
    
    TOPEX....Oceanographic satellite. Faint.
    
    Iridium 27 . Tumbling, some very bright glints.
    
    SL-16 (99-39B) Tumbling.  Longer period than observed a few months ago.
