Notes: (a) these were given a provisional id = 00595A, later matched
by Ted Molczan (000420) to 99057GB, confirmed by later RE
               & MW observations.
           (b) Identified by Bjorn Gimle, posted 000423.
           (c) 99057C has apparently changed its id (Ted Molczan 000414),
the one I have seen is epoch 2000111.42859 .
           (d) Identified by Ted Molczan (000417 posting).
           (e) Brian K. Hunter posting 000426
           (f) Identified by MW, confirmed by later observations.
           (g) To confirm earlier observations by MW
           (h) MW observing fragments previously found by others
           (i) I have looked for E and AF, so far without success.
           (j) See Rainer Kracht posting 000417.
