On 15 May 2000 at 11:00 GMT (07:00 EDT) the URL for this web site will be 
changing.  The CGI program foxweb.dll in our URL will be changing to 
foxweb.exe.  Also, this site will make a temporary move to a stand-by server 
while the main server is being upgraded.   The standby server URL will be 
"//oig3.gsfc.nasa.gov/"
