Observed for about seven minutes starting at 03:43 UT on 29 May 99.
Magnitude seemed steady at about 10 which was close to my limit with
a nearly full moon nearby. Elset used below:

UNK
1 25740U 99027A 99148.74868817 -.00000155 00000-0 00000+0 0 223
2 25740 0.0168 332.6104 0014579 261.1125 190.3945 1.00137462 126

Fortunately I used an fresh elset from OIG because the satellite made another
burn since the previous elset. The range was about 37535 km at a Skymap
phase angle of 146 degrees. If I worked the Skymap standard magnitude option
correctly this may equate to a standard magnitude of 2.8.

Used an 8" telescope.
