Despite high clouds, the moon and late evening twilight, USA 144 Titan 4 r #25745 99028B was spotted due to it's mag 1 brightness. I couldn't get an accurate timing as there weren't any stars nearby to get a fix and it hide amongst the clouds but it was a few seconds early from the predicted time of 05:35:34 28 May UTC. I looked for OceanSat 1 #25756 99029A and OceanSat 1 PSLV-C2 r #25759 99029D which were to due to make a pass 20 minutes after USA 144 Titan 4 r, but by then the clouds had increased and no luck in seeing them.
