Going with this elset:

USA 144 Titan 4 r 293 x 200 km
1 25745U 99028B 99144.99058024 .00785832 79431-5 55546-3 0 42
2 25745 63.3898 93.1775 0070162 170.4206 189.8324 16.10130841 112

It passed about 3 degrees below (West) Phecda in Ursa Major at 05:49:33 27
May UTC +/- 2 sec. It's predicted magnitude was 1.5 but it outshone Mars. A
few seconds beforehand i noticed another object which i thought was USA 144
Titan 4 r at first since it was coming from the right direction and heading
along the same track but was a bit lower (approx 10-15 degrees lower) and
much fainter, flaring to mag 3.5 est. I did not follow this object any
further as USA 144 r came into view about 5 seconds behind it.

The 4 Unkowns mentioned in Ron Lee's earlier post about Indian Space Launch
come by in about 35 minutes from now, i'll look for them and post any
observations i make.
