On may 10 & 11, Ron Welch of Canberra Australia observed a high slow
moving object which he considered was a Centaur rocket. He communicated
these observations to me my smail, since he can only use webmail and
that only occasionally. Mike Mccant was kind enough to calculate
an orbit. With this I made observations of it on May 19 which revised
the orbit slightly and it was on time for this orbit tonite.
Its mag 5.5 at ranges of 4800Km so should be very obvious near
perigee. I suspect this IS the abandoned Milstar3
