99-025 Obs, 13 May 99

Just saw three of the objects associated with this launch.

The first was the rocket, #25732, 99025C which flashed at about
a twice per second rate.  Nice flasher but needs binoculars.

Clouds caused problems with the other four and I only saw the last two,
#25730 (Fengyun 1C) and #25733, a debris piece. Both were faint in
7x50 binocs and steady during the few seconds I observed each one.
