SV: Gorizont 23 flash period evolution

Graphing your periods, I suggest 50.438 + 0.0095 * d, 
where d is days in May (1.93 to 6.93 assumed)

Is it possible that Gorizont 23 has a phase shift 
(like SuperBird A) between 22:19 and 20:03 (sic)?

Extremely close to the deduced period, 50.48823 is
exactly 1/1584.5 of my flash interval May 4-5 !

Or is it even a natural law, since Sun 'revolves around
the satellite' ?
