Are the ID's of 99- 19 E and F switched by OIG?
With the TLE's for 99- 19 F of day 115 the observed sat was on time, as was
it
a few days ago. But today OIG has 99- 19 F listed as decayed April 16.

Greetings and clear, dark skies
