observed Abrixas #25721 with 10x70 Bino when it passed Arcturus (Alpha Boo) on
05/02/99 at 20:43:01.8 UT. I estimate its magnitude to mag +1.5. It was
trailed by Abrixas Kosmos -3M R (#25723) 1.5 minutes later. The rocket was a
bit brighter, perhaps mag +1.

Between both observations (~20:44:00 UT) a flasher crossed the field of view
heading North to South, which I later identified as Spot 1 R-BJ #17206.
