Loss of another Iridium

I have been informed today that IR 24 -- because of USSpacecom mistagging,
you can currently spot it as the satellite designated as IR 46-- has failed.
No details. You should not expect to see reliable flares from this object.
Again, delete IR 46 as a reliable flare maker.
