Hi All,

I was driving back from Yosemite Sunday afternoon and was on Rt. 99 a
few miles south of Fresno when I saw the Delta missile contrail AS it was
being generated. Visibility was excellent, and the sky was covered with
jet contrails. But there was no confusing the missile track -- the =
variable
speed upper atmospheric winds soon zigzagged the contrail. I was a bit
surprised to see it since I knew they were planning to launch Friday and
I had no access to news while in the park. From a map, it looks like I
was about 140 miles from VAFB at the time. --Rob
