"An Air Force Titan 4B rocket lifted off from Complex 40 at Cape Canaveral Air
Station in Florida tonight at 9:38 p.m. EDT (0138 GMT). The launch was delayed
nearly two hours past the opening of the launch window because of unfavorable
upper level winds and various problems with Range, including a freighter and
sail boat that were found in the launch danger area and a glitch with a
command receiver at a downrange tracking station.

The 20-story rocket is carrying a classified national security payload.
Spacecraft separation is scheduled for 5 hours, 51 minutes into flight. "

Anyone see a Titan R/B?

Cheers.
