OIG's latest offering on this spectacular decaying object is:

Telstar 5 Proton r 188 x 178 km
1 24813U 97026B 97149.61556670 .01898715 12223-4 28003-3 0 303
2 24813 51.5900 119.3586 0007582 288.7904 71.2297 16.33624425 805

which shows it running almost 28 seconds late against the SatEvo
prediction I posted 24 hours ago.

The predicted decay has also slipped, and now stands at May 31.3 with an
uncertainty of about 0.3 day.
