The Proton rocket 3rd stage responsible for the recent Telstar 5 launch
will decay at about May 31.0 according to my latest SatEvo orbit
evolution.

The latest elset from OIG, already more than 12 hours old, is:

Telstar 5 Proton r 201 x 190 km
1 24813U 97026B 97148.26782748 .01583589 12095-4 36741-3 0 226
2 24813 51.5897 126.8870 0008094 287.9316 72.0670 16.29006844 589

which has it running 14 seconds early on the evolution I posted
yesterday.

The new evolution follows. If you use these for predictions, remember
that day 97148 is May 28 UTC, day 97149 the 29th.
