I observed #23907 NOSS 2-3 Rk Saturday night (May 25), using elset
97114 from the Molczan file.

The elevation was low (15 deg), and the phase angle was poor, but the
sky transparency was excellent, with a dark western horizon.

I had no problem picking it up in 7x50's, except that it was very late.
Skymap predicted a 2.3 deg pass above Procyon at 04:57:35 UTC, but the
observed time was 05:01:19, making it 3m 44s late.

I tried to see it two days prior for what should have been a very
bright zenithal pass, but gave up after waiting 3 minutes past the
predicted time. Had I waited just a bit longer I would have seen it.
