SatEvo decay list #31 (issued 1997 May 23)

Here are more SatEvo decay analyses and predictions. As before, the
"Actual?" decay dates are my estimates based on the final available
elements. Pegasus debris are included if I predict their decay by
June 30; other objects are included to July 31.

A number of Pegasus debris objects appear to have been lost at the time
of the geomagnetic storm on May 15. Some were recovered after a few days
while others may still be missing and the decay predictions for many of
them are even more uncertain than usual.
