NORAD has catalogued the two objects we are tracking from Sunday's
Titan IV launch. Assuming that they and we agree that the early
object is the Titan's second stage, and the late one is the payload(s),
then Rainer's updated elements appear as follows in the n2l file I am distributing this evening.

I still believe that this will turn out to be an NOSS launch. If so,
and if the pattern of NOSS 2-1 and 2-2 is followed, then six more
objects eventually will be catalogued.
